This is an accessible class for anyone who wants to explore the rhythmic and healing expression of the Drum! This class is an exhilarating way to combat anxiety, engage in self expression and connect with others! * This class is by donation. Suggested donation per family is $25 or pay what you can!

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
