Service Description
Connect with other people in the community through the healing art of the Drum! Join Olivia Moran, Drum enthusiast, in a guided class that will explore hand rhythmic exercises and self guided drumming. The sensory nature of drumming can accelerate healing, boost your immune system and help combat anxiety and fatigue while socializing and having a whole lot of fun!

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
